Join us for an interactive farm-to-plate journey in an exclusive collaboration between Head Chef Geoff Abel from The Long Apron and Head Farmer Pedro from Falls Farm, celebrating the finest fresh, local produce and sustainability.
Start your day at Falls Farm, where you’ll pick your own produce, before enjoying the freshly harvested ingredients in a delicious lunch at Spicers Clovelly Estate. A refreshing mocktail awaits on arrival, followed by an insightful talk that explores the journey from harvest to plate.
The afternoon will include canapés in our beautiful gardens paired with bubbles, before sitting down to enjoy a two-course share-style lunch featuring seasonal ingredients from Falls Farm, complemented by carefully selected wine pairings.
