Join internationally renowned wine critic and author Tyson Stelzer for an exquisite seven-course degustation, masterfully paired with seven of the most coveted Grand Cru and Premier Cru Burgundies from his personal cellar.

Burgundy is the world’s most fabled wine region, home to the most sought-after and rare chardonnays on earth, the very finest of which are distinguished as Grand Cru and Premier Cru. Tyson returns to the region each year to seek out the finest, and on this one winter evening, he shares them with you.

In the intimate, softly lit surrounds of The Long Apron, you’ll be transported to a French provincial dreamscape, where each dish is a work of art.
