It’s almost cold enough to say we collected this block of ice from outside, but that would be lying. 

Our big ice cubes, made with filtered water, are hand cut by our team (Tina is the superstar in this video) ready to be popped into a glass of your favourite cocktail. 

We recommend the ‘Hey, Jude: spiced pear liqueur, red wine and vodka. Finished with nutmeg and served over hand-cut clear ice.’ A nod to our founder’s love of pears.

How's this for a spread?! 😍 We recently served our Lunch Tasting Menu to a group of guests who'd booked out Montville House. 

Our lunch menu, available Friday to Sunday Includes delicious dishes such as our 'Roasted bug, parsley butter' and 'Roast Moya Valley chicken' and the crowd-pleaser 'Crème caramel with traditional madeleines', to name a few things.
